Problem is it isn't specific to one country as much as it has been part of one species throughout history of creating better tomorrows noon to midnight, dawn to dusk, tomorrow is legally midnight to noon same rotation of the planet last relative time charted by current calendars since dawn of civilization within this species native to this atmosphere.
